谓过去、未来之法,非实有之体,唯现在之法,其体实有。系大乘唯识之主张。小乘萨婆多部(即说一切有部)立‘三世实有’之说,谓过去、现在、未来等三世之法体为实有、恒有;对此,大乘唯识则立‘过未无体’以破萨婆多部之说。异部宗论谕疏述记(卍续八三·二二六上):‘现有体用,可名实有。去来体用无故,并非实有;曾有当有,名去来故。’[俱舍论卷二十、成唯识论了义灯卷四、成唯识论述记卷三末]
